After working 2.5 years as a sales rep for a small family owned sportswear embroidery company in Sacramento, California, Jon Clark realized he wanted to expand his product line for his clients and the only way to accomplish this was to strike out on his own, which is exactly what he did in 1993.

Starting with zero revenue and lots of experience, he was able to build his new company, Clark and Christopher Apparel, into one of the leading promotional product distributor companies in the Sacramento area. After six years, he was looking for another challenge. so he sold his company and moved his family to Port Charlotte, Florida.

He established a new promotional product company called, Palm Tree Promotions, Inc., 'dba' Clark and Christopher Creative Marketing. For the second time starting at zero revenue, with the added twist of not knowing a soul in town, in the first five years he built his new company to the same revenue level as his previous company.

In 2002 he added many advertising agency services such as media buying, print, radio and TV ad production, copywriting, web development and brand promotions to his stable of products.

Eight years later, Clark and Christopher Creative Marketing is a very successful small business advertising and promotional marketing agency with clients spread out across the United States and around the world.
